Frequently Asked Questions

Please contact us if you cannot find an answer to your question.

We create custom estate plans that are tailored to our clients' unique needs and desires to ensure that their wishes are met upon incapacity and death.

The process to create or update your estate plan involves:

  1. An initial call to discuss your unique situation and needs;
  2. An estate planning worksheet for you to fill out;
  3. An estate plan design meeting;
  4. A review of your estate plan drafts; and
  5. An estate plan signing ceremony.

For your convenience, we can meet over video teleconference, at your home depending on distance, or in our office. While the design meeting does not need to be in person, the signing ceremony does. Once the signing ceremony is complete, you'll leave with a fully executed estate plan and we will provide PDF copies for your records and ours.

We work with individuals and families in the greater Austin, TX area to help protect themselves and their loved ones while securing their legacies through estate planning. We like to keep this process as simple as possible and leave our clients with peace of mind.
