About Us

Katherine is an estate planning attorney who serves the greater Austin, Texas area. She began Elysium Law, PLLC because she desires to help families and individuals secure their future legacies, protect their loved ones, and ensure they have incapacity planning in place. She helps clients accomplish this through trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.

Her previous experience includes estate planning for military members and their families, corporate law practice in Tokyo, Japan, financial services regulatory compliance, and personal injury law. During law school, she gained experience in international law while studying in France, London, Austria, and The Hague.

Before permanently settling in the Hill Country area of Austin, Texas, she lived all over the country and world as a military spouse, including Rhode Island, Florida, California, Minnesota, Germany, and Japan.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, Siberian cats, and Collie. She also enjoys various hobbies, including hiking, running, yoga, reading, cooking, and traveling.
